Notion is one of the most versatile productivity tools available in 2026. The free tier is genuinely generous — unlimited pages and blocks for personal use, though it only includes a limited AI trial. Plus at $12/month ($10 annual) is excellent value for solopreneurs and small teams for unlimited blocks and uploads — but note that full Notion AI is no longer available on Plus: since the standalone AI add-on was discontinued in May 2025, unlimited AI is bundled only into Business ($24/mo, $20 annual) and Enterprise. The learning curve is real — Notion rewards users who invest time setting it up properly. For teams needing structured project management, ClickUp may be a better fit; for individuals, Notion is hard to beat.
